The funding is made up of a £4.4 million investment by the council and includes an £830,000 transfer from the Picton Housing Capital Scheme and £1.24 million from the Strategic Housing Development Fund.
A] Please supply all the details on how the Flanagan group has come up with this overpriced excess valuation of £176.000 a house in Tunstall St Wavertree.
B] Please also supply all other contracts between Liverpool city council and the Flanagan group.
C] Please supply all land deals sold to the Flanagan group and its partners or agents and ex LFC Player for the past 10 years
