Dear Mr Dean

Their predictable, delayed response is frankly yet another pathetic excuse and clear deflection.

Would strongly encourage you to take this further and copy Max Caller into your FOI's.

Good luck

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Flanagan Emails.', as there is no way it would take that amount of time to recover them emails. Furthermore, you have already compiled them for Max Caller's inspection as they were the basis for one of his case studies.

Therefore it should take no longer than a hour.
