FixMyStreet reports and action taken
Dear Merton Borough Council,
Please provide a month by month report, to the date of actioning this response. Please provide this information in an Excel or .csv file spreadsheet.
1. How many reports have been received through FixMyStreet (https://www.fixmystreet.com) each month since the council started using this service?
2. What are the categories of these reports (eg fly tip, street lightling, public realm, trees. Please use the categories you use to manage these reports).
3. How many of these reports have been actioned, and is the action complete or pending.
Also, separatly from the spreadsheet data, please explain how you acknowlege receipt of reports to individuals making them, and how you inform those individuals of progress and when dealing with the report is completed.
