Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
I have recently been reviewing your reporting on the above subject. What I have noticed is that the information regarding the number of cases referred for: 1) Prosecution; 2) Written off/cancelled ceased in July 2018 but had previously been supplied so there 'must' be a way of reporting.
This information is vital, in that it informs all Wirral residents that the FPN Appeal system is effective/working and I now request that this information is backdated and supplied in future.
'Open and transparent' comes to mind.
Dear Ms Harrison
