I would like to make an open government request for all of the information to which I am entitled under the freedom of information act.

Can you please tell me how many individuals your police force has issued with Fixed Penalty Notices for non-compliance with covid-19 testing requirements on returning to the UK after travelling abroad since January 1, 2021, to September 8, 2021.

Can you please tell me how many individuals your police force has issued with Fixed Penalty Notices for non-compliance with requirement to quarantine on returning to the UK after travelling abroad since January 1, 2021, to September 8, 2021.

Can you please tell me how many individuals your police force has cautioned for non-compliance with covid-19 testing requirements on returning to the UK after travelling abroad since January 1, 2021, to September 8, 2021.

Can you please tell me how many individuals your police force has cautioned for non-compliance with requirements to quarantine on returning to the UK after travelling abroad since January 1, 2021, to September 8, 2021.

Can you please tell me how many individuals have been visited or contacted on suspicion of non-compliance with covid-19 testing requirements on returning to the UK after travelling abroad since January 1, 2021, to September 8, 2021 but faced no action.

Can you please tell me how many individuals in total your police force has visited on suspicion of non-compliance with requirements to quarantine on returning to the UK after travelling abroad since January 1, 2021, to September 8, 2021 but faced no sanction.

I write in connection with your request for information dated and received in the Freedom of Information Unit at Dyfed-Powys Police on 9th September 2019 regarding “COVID19 fixed penalty notices”.

This request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Your request has now been considered and firstly I am obliged under S (1) (a) of The Freedom of Information Act 2000 to tell you whether the information is held by the force.

I can confirm that the information sought is held by the force and provided in the attached response.

If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been handled, you can request a review by writing to the Freedom of Information unit as detailed in the attached appeal document.

Dyfed Powys Police provides you the right to request a re-examination of your case under its review procedure (copy enclosed).
