Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

RE: Fixed Level JSA sanctions - Page 6 Graph

I would like you to provide any information that explains the policy, legal or procedural changes that explain why in February 2009 Fixed Level JSA sanctions had been about 10,000, then around February 2011 about 140,000, why they then start to go down and why between 2000 and 2009 the JSA sanctions had only been about 10,000 per year.
