Five G testing in Liverpool rollout

Waiting for an internal review by Liverpool City Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Liverpool City Council, it has come to my attention the the residents of Kensington have Five G test installations . Ward Councillor Noakes says he has no concern because he doesn't read the Liverpool Echo readers letters
1.what is Councillor Noakes scientific qualifications?
2 has he a electrical engineering telecommunications background and Health implications
3 The Liverpool Echo has local democracy reporters
Paid by the BBC to report local and inform local residents of all things council.

What are the health implications of multi cell sites around the population of Kensington close to homes schools shops
What scientific studies has Noakes read demonstrating
The safety of this Technology? Before making a
sweeping statement on social media then deleted the tweet .
The residents of Kensington and the citizens of Liverpool deserve to know and not to PRE JUDGE

Can we look at studies to date where Five G has been halted due to Biological effects issues and Safety issues before rollout by other city's and countries

Who in the City council gave this the go ahead and what monies have LCC received for this

Yours faithfully,

Paul Traynor

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Five G testing in Liverpool rollout'.

Liverpool city council does not hold Councillor's science Degree or Scientific background
So I will take that as a no qualifications or Scientific background that cllr Noakes has
He should step aside and let a more qualified person with the relevant Degree and Scientific background to be in in this Five G rollout
I was sent two citations from two science journals and on further investigation it's does not prove or disprove that Five G microwave and Emf that it is safe
May I pass on to cllr Noakes t citations as he has no concerns (social media post he deleted )

5G technology has been studied by some in the military showing broad harm and some newer studies are showing damage to insects, tissue burns and overheating with streaming of data, but there has been NO safety testing of 5G before it is rolled out.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Paul Traynor Bsc
