This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Would you please provide the following information about the Five Country Conference, i.e. a consortium of immigration authorities of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America?

1 The agreement establishing the conference, including any treaty, terms of reference, memorandum of understanding, etc. as well as any additional protocols or amendments to the original agreement.

2 A list of all plenary meetings of the conference, including venue (or mode of meeting, e.g. telephone, videoconference), date, time, and duration.

3 For each meeting, the topics discussed (the agenda).

4 For each meeting, the participants’ names.

To avoid this request exceeding the cost limit, I would appreciate if you could please consider releasing the items in the order above until the limit is reached.

I would prefer an electronic copy by email, please. Thank you very much.
