I can confirm that only one of the documents which is listed in Appendix B
of the document provided to you was sent separately to the General Board.
This document, which went to the General Board at its meeting on 6 May
2009, is now attached.
You will note that, of the two names which were proposed as external
members of the Committtee, Professor Vicki Bruce was appointed and that
Professor Andrew Harvey was subsequently added to the Committee.
