Firms Perverting the Course of Justice
Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority,
Client hired a firm of solicitors advertising themselves as med- neg specialists. The firm however failed to file claim in good time, applying instead for lots of time extensions. Just before a hearing (one of many), without warning, the firm abandoned their client. In the hearing, a new judge (one of many) chose to recognise defendant's protests about frustrating time extension rules so, requested claimant quickly appoint new firm and directed the claimant: ..med neg is complex & requires appropriately qualified firm.. however, firms declined representation because, ..the case had been spoiled so, there was little chance of success.. At the following hearing, defendant sought closure &, despite protest, the judge (an other one) granted it. Actions of both firms & the court were complicit in trashing case. The firm hired by the client perverted the course of justice. Its not open to me to challenge anything because I am blocked in all I attempt to do. I'm unable even to secure lawyer. There are so many professional failings its difficult to know where to direct this. Is the SRA interested to receive details?
My foi to you is this: given the alleged failings of the legal profession may extend beyond your normal remit, are you the competent authority? If not, and given the above details, would you kindly direct me to the correct authority.
Yours faithfully,
Bert domenic

Dear SRA Information Compliance,
The matter was brought to your attention some years ago - the firm, Steele Raymond, formally of wimborne Dorset. You failed to deal with it so I escalated it to other authorities - but without success. Perhaps youd check it over again . You shouldn't have too much difficulty finding it - ned- neg, is outside their usual practice. You should have dealt with it at the time - so I am advised by many in the legal profession.
Yours sincerely,
Bert domenic
