Firearms information

We're waiting for Emily to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear South Wales Police,

I would appreciate it if you could provide any information on the following:

1- How many South Wales police officers are issued with:
a) Firearms
b) Tasers

2- How many times have A firearms and B tasers been drawn?

3- How many times have A firearms and B tasers been fired?

4- How many more officers are currently set to be trained/ licensed to carry a firearm and/or a taser?

Section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) sets out what
constitutes a request for information under the Act. A request must be:
