Dear Mr Miller,

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. You asked:

In relation to the following services,

- Intruder alarm

- Fire alarm

- Fire Extinguishers

- Access control

- CCTV

Could you please confirm:

1.            You have maintenance and service contracts in place for all
of the above

2.            Who provides the services for you

3.            Approximate annual value of each service

4.            When these were last tendered

5.            When they will be next tendered

6.            Which tender portal you use to select suppliers

7.            Is the tender process carried out in accordance with OJEC
requirements

I will now respond to your seven questions in turn.

1. Yes.

2. Fire extinguisher services are provided by Spectrum Fire UK Ltd. All
other contracts are held by ADT Fire and Security.

3. The fire and security maintenance contract, held by ADT, has an annual
value of approximately £140,000; the fire extinguisher contract has an
annual value of approximately £7,500.

4. The fire and safety maintenance contract was last tendered in 2011. The
Gallery does not hold a record of when the fire extinguisher contract was
last tendered and therefore has no information to disclose.

5. The fire and security maintenance contract will be tendered in autumn
2018. The Gallery does not hold a tender date for the fire extinguisher
contract and therefore has nothing to disclose. Please note that the value
of the fire extinguisher contract is such that it is not subject to the
full procurement regulations.

6. Delta.

7. Yes.
