1. What is the frequency of fire safety certificates issued to Earl's Court station?
2. How many times Earl's Court station was inspected by LFB in the last 10 years for fire safety purposes? Please provide the dates .
3. Did LFB received at any of the above visits about reports of emergency lighting failure at Earl's Court station from London Underground managers ?
4. Did LFB inspected any reports provided by Earl's Court managers about emergency lighting conditions during the above visits at Earl's Court station?
5. Please provide last five London Underground stations inspected by LFB for fire safety within London and the dates.

Station.
In response, we have address each of your queries below in turn below:
1. What is the frequency of fire safety certificates issued to Earl's
Court station?
We do not hold this information as this is does not fall within the
responsibilities of the London Fire Brigade.
2. How many times Earl's Court station was inspected by LFB in the
last 10 years for fire safety purposes? Please provide the dates
Our Fire Safety Regulations (FSR) team have confirmed that fire safety
visits took place on the following dates:
09.01.19 07.04.14 21.04.11

17.03.17 18.06.12 16.04.10

3. Did LFB received at any of the above visits about reports of
emergency lighting failure at Earl's Court station from London

For questions 3. and 4. our FSR team have confirmed that we have no record
of any emergency lighting failures at Earl’s Court Underground Station.
5. Please provide last five London Underground stations inspected by
LFB for fire safety within London and the dates.
As of 07/05/2019, our records show that the last five London Underground
stations that have been visited by the FSR team at the London Fire Brigade
are:
Caledonian Road: 23^rd April 2019
Wood Green: 23^rd April 2019
Holborn: 29^th April 2019
Hounslow West: 30^th April 2019
Heathrow Terminal 4: 30^th April 2019

a) Whether Earl's Court team confirmed as emergency lights in working order during these inspections?
b) Did Earl's Court team provided any documents to confirm the above ?
c) Does LFB inspection team have a copy of those documents provided by Earl's Court team during these inspections?

In response to your additional questions, I have spoken with members of our fire safety team who have confirmed we do not hold any further records in regards to the emergency lighting at Earls Court Underground station as a result of our last visit/s. I'm sorry I could not be of further help with this matter.
