Our Response:

In accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we
are not obliged to comply with your request as the process of identifying,
locating, retrieving and, where appropriate, extracting the information
would exceed the 'appropriate limit' as defined by the Freedom of
Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations
2004.  This is currently £450 and equates to 18 hours of dedicated staff
time. We estimate that to process your request would take significantly in
excess of 18 hours.

Information to disclose recent Fire Risk Assessments for the blocks listed
in this FOI request is not held in a format in which the details can be
readily extracted. In order to provide the information requested, each
block file would need to be located and reviewed individually. At an
estimated 10 minutes to check each file (of which there are approx. 190
blocks in total), it would take in excess of 31 hours to locate and
identify the information requested. You may wish to revise the scope and
resubmit your request.

You may wish to reduce the scope of your request by limiting the number of
blocks that you are requesting information for.

If you are dissatisfied with the information provided in relation to your
request, you may make representations to the Information and Transparency
Manager.  Any such request for an internal review should be made within 40
days from today's date.  Correspondence should be addressed to:
