Fire report for Hillside, Hoddesdon flat complex

The request was successful.

Dear Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service,

In the first half of 2021, we believe the fire regulatory authorities undertook a fire safety review & risk assessment of the multi dwelling complex of Hillside in Hoddesdon, to evaluate the safety of the building due to the placement of potentially flammable cladding.

As a result of this report our management company removed our cladding and insulation in the summer of 2021, leaving our homes exposed and uninsulated. As leaseholders with shares in the freehold we have asked our management service for a copy of this report, which they refuse to share with freeholders.

Would it be possible to see this report as we feel it is important to understand fire safety for a home we own and the building as a whole.

Yours faithfully,
Ray Pigott
