We acknowledge receipt of your email of 01st August 2018 containing your request pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2010 headed “Freedom of Information request - Fire Extinguisher Maintenance”.
We are in the process of considering your request. Please note, however, that when calculating the time for compliance for schools with Freedom of Information Act requests it is 20 working days, excluding non-school days from the time when the response is received. According to the ICO Guidance on time limits for compliance under the Act we therefore calculate the time for providing a response is by Monday 01st October 2018.
