Dear Mr Haggar,

 

The FOI request you’ve made to Oasis Academy Enfield (Admin email box) has
been sent to me in my capacity as Head of Governance Services for Oasis.

 

I am also seeking clarification in relation to whether this request has
been sent to all 49 Oasis academies and if not sent to all, please state
which academies this request has been sent to.

 

You will also be aware that as our academies are closed for the summer
break, and in line with the FOI Act, Section 10 (non-working days) we will
not start preparing a response until they return in September and we have
received the clarification being sought here. As you will be aware, the
clock stops until we get a response from you.

 

I would also point out that in your request you ask for details of who
service our fire extinguishers – as you will be aware, this information is
subject to GDPR and as such, we are not in a position to pass on the
company’s details to you, as we do not have their consent to do so.
