removals of fire doors, supplied by Masterdor Limited, Manse Masterdor,
Specialist Building Products Limited (trading as Permadoor), Solar Windows
Limited, or Birtley Group Limited (trading as Bowater by Birtley).  Your
request was received by the Information Rights Team on 06 August 2018. 
This is being dealt with under the terms of the appropriate Information
Rights legislation.

We have now considered your request and a copy of the information is
enclosed below.

The information supplied may be used for domestic or journalistic

Can you detail how many fire doors have been installed in properties under
your management that have been supplied by the following companies:

Manse Masterdor - No door sets supplied or fitted

Masterdor Limited - 24 Solid core door sets fitted compliant and installed
to BS 8214 and BS 476/;EN 1366. Door sets fitted as cross corridor doors
in Flat blocks fully fitted with smoke alarms and full sprinkler system to
apartment and communal areas

Specialist Building Products Limited, trading as Permadoor - No door sets
supplied or fitted

Solar Windows Limited - No door sets supplied or fitted

Birtley Group Limited, trading as Bowater by Birtley - No door sets
supplied or fitted

Have you taken any action to remove fire doors supplied by these companies
since the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government announced
these five suppliers have now been identified as failing to meet requisite
fire performance standards.

Have any doors supplied by these companies been removed before the

Response: None - door sets supplied by Masterdor are of a solid core
construction and are certified as FD30 and fitted to conform to BS8214 by
3^rd Party accredited fire door installers with additional protection
offered by smoke detection and full sprinkler protection.
