Fire Doors Fitted In Properties Under Your Management

The request was successful.

Can you detail how many fire doors have been installed in properties under your management that have been supplied by the following companies:

Manse Masterdor

Masterdor Limited

Specialist Building Products Limited, trading as Permadoor

Solar Windows Limited

Birtley Group Limited, trading as Bowater by Birtley

Have you taken any action to remove fire doors supplied by these companies since the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government announced these five suppliers have now been identified as failing to meet requisite fire performance standards.

Have any doors supplied by these companies been removed before the announcement.

Yours faithfully,

Basia Cummings

PHP has been closely involved with the discussions with MHCLG and are
reviewing its overall approach to door replacement in light of the
emerging information.  Delivery of effective fire prevention and fire
management approaches remains a key priority for the organisation and all
FRAs have been revisited assuming 15 minute burn times for doors to
understand the impact on advice to residents and fire management
approaches.  It is expected that all doors that fall below the 30 minute
standard will be replaced and PHP are working with MHCLG and suppliers to
identify the most appropriate way to deliver this.  In the interim,
effective risk management processes that reflect how fire doors contribute
to the overall package of measures to deliver fire safety are in place.

Have any doors supplied by these companies been removed before the
announcement.

No

Kind regards
