Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from you for the time period 2007 to 2017:

1) How many fire checks have been undertaken at schools in the area covered by your fire department for each of the years mentioned?

2) For each year, I would ask for the number of enforcement notices issued to schools who failed the fire checks undertaken.

Please provide the information in the form an Excel Documents

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request

I can confirm South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue (SYFR) hold this
information.  However, part of this information is exempt under Section 21
as the information is already in the public domain and accessible to you
for 2009 to 2017.  Please find the following link to our website which
contains the registers of all Alterations, Enforcement and Prohibition
notices covering the date range you have requested.

For years 2007 and 2008 I can confirm that there were no Enforcement
notices served to schools.

 

I have also provided you with the following link to the National
Enforcement Register which is published on the Chief Fire Officer
Association where you will be able to search for any enforcement notices:
