Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,
Fire which tore through Baltic Triangle building started by a discarded cigarette.
It was left on an upper balcony at the Parliament Street flats.

Luke Traynor Chief Reporter Liverpool Echo, 12 noon on the 4th of May 2021 published his report.

Please provide all PR releases and e-mails that MFRS had sent to the Liverpool Echo and or Luke Traynor reporter Liverpool Echo.

1/ The fire was over the "May bank holiday" so how could the MSFR conduct with great speed such a fast investigation into this fire?

2/ Luke Traynor reported this at midday on the 4th May 2021 so did Luke Traynor get a PR statement from MSFS within 12 hours who conducted this investigate please?

3/ Who was the fire officer or team who discovered the discarded cigarette please?

Yours faithfully
Mr. Williams
