Dear FoI,

Thanks for the reply! To clarify my request, the request time I would like to request is defined as the time station received the phone call to the time on scene.

Yours sincerely,

Ruonan Zhang

Dear Sir,

Further to your recent request to North Wales Fire and Rescue Service
(NWFRS) made under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act regarding
average response times by Lower Layer Super Output Area, please see the
attached spreadsheet for the response from NWFRS.

Please note that the data supplied is in line with the definition used by
Welsh Government for calculating response times and, therefore, excludes
incidents with a response time of less than one minute or over one hour.
Late fire calls and those where the incident occurred on the station
ground, e.g. removal of a ring from a finger, have also been excluded.

As the data includes all emergency incident types (not just fire), some
response times may have been affected by periods of major flooding.
