Fire and Intruder Alarms and CCTV/Door Entry Maintenance, Service and Repairs.

The details we require are:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

The details we require are:

The council have reviewed your request carefully, in accordance with section 1(3) of the Act in its current form your request is considered to be unclear or ambiguous. The council has a duty under section 16(1) of the Act to provide advice and assistance, as far as is reasonable to do so, before the council can consider your request we will require some clarification from you.

It is unclear exactly what contract is being referred to in your request. The council believe that the pro-class category may have been referred to in your request, rather than the title of the agreement, therefore the council’s procurement team are unable to identify the contract you require. Please specify the title of the agreement, or give further details in order for our procurement team to identify the relevant contract. The council is under no further obligation to respond to your request until your clarification has been provided. Dear Owen

In accordance with section 1 (1) of the Act the council has a duty to confirm whether it holds the information of the description specified in the request, and if that is the case, to have the information communicated to the requester.

The information requested is not held by the council, as this contract is held by Nottingham City Homes (NCH). NCH have their own governance team who respond to FOI requests regarding social housing. Therefore under section 1 of the Act this information cannot be provided as it is not held by the council.
