Please give the names and job descriptions of Network Rail staff, active and retired, who currently hold FIP INTERNATIONAL FREE PASSES. Please also provide that information for retired staff of Railtrack and British Rail who hold same.

I'm afraid this request is a bit of a muddle. There is no such thing as a FIP International Free Pass. You either mean a FIP Reduced Rate card or a International Travel Coupon, the latter is issued on a 'per holiday' basis and is not a free pass in the accepted sense.
Secondly NRIL doesn't adminster travel facilities; this is the preserve of ATOC Ltd. that is a trade association of the TOCs and NRIL.
Thirdly you are asking for personal data that isn't permitted under the FOI Act.
Suggest you withdraw your request.

Hello Chris,
Thank you for your input.
FIP International Free passes are not common but are issued by European rail operators, including those in Britain, to their most senior executive directors.
