Under the F.O.I.A. Could I have a .pdf copy and information relating to the recent 'finger post signs' in Prestatyn High Street. Initial request/s, bills relating to such and payments to include where money came from for payment/s.
Could this obviously include the cost to replace the duplicate finger sign for the SCALA
Simply put could I have ALL documentation relating to the 'finger post signs' in Prestatyn High Street. So as no further questions could possibly be asked.

My rational behind asking this Freedom of Information Question is to gain publicly available information that hasn’t been published. That might or might note lead to either a gross waste of money and or criminal negligence. If it is my understanding that Denbighshire County Councillors requested such superfluous 'street furniture' when Prestatyn High Street shops are shutting or moving to cheaper premisses. Including councillors own.

As set out by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 it will be our aim to respond to your request by 09 December 2013. In some cases, however, we may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this occurs we will advise you of the likely timescale within which the response will be provided.

The process of searching for the information you required is complete and I can now advise you as follows:
I enclose a copy of the invoice received from the supplier in relation to the finger posts in Prestatyn High Street.The cost was met from funds received through an agreement made with Stadium Developments under section 106 of the Town & County Planning Act 1990 in relation to the development of the town's Shopping Park.
The additional directional arm for the Scala was not a duplicate. It had been attached in error to the column by Beresford Adams and the County Council is arranging to fit it to the column for which it was originally intended.

The additional directional arm will be attached to the finger post on the
north side of the railway station, but this work has not yet been
undertaken.
