Dear Executive Office (Northern Ireland),

As has been reported by a number of media outlets like The Telegraph https://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/... and The Belfast Newsletter that Republic of Ireland will fine people from Northern Ireland 100 euros for non-essential travel to the republic.
Does the Executive Office (Northern Ireland) have any documents on whether it breaches the Northern Ireland Protocol or the Good Friday Agreement?

Yours faithfully,

Abdul Hai
