Fines for failing to respond to Electoral Registration Letters

The request was successful.

Dear Plymouth City Council,

I am writing to ask how many people failed to respond to the Electoral Registration forms over the last two years (2015 & 2016). Out of those who failed to respond, how many were fined and how much was the average fine?

Yours faithfully,

Mr Scott
