Finer points on missing millions
Dear Western Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
There was an eight million pounds underspend admitted to by western Trust for learning disability.
1. Originally, where did those 8 million pounds go. Please outline where each and every pound went.
2. Is the "underspend" historic, and if so, for how many years did the western Trust underspend on the learning disabled budget alloted to them?
3. In total what is the overall underspend over the past 40 years.
4. If the underspend is historic, where did each and every pound go for each year of the historic underpsnd.
5. How many CEOs knew about this practice
6. why did this practice start?
7. Why did this practice continue?
8. why has the Western Trust not published the finances for the familes affected to see?
9. Why has the Board not taken disciplinary action against those who took part in this behaviour?
