We write further to your email of 26th April where you requested information about financial transactions.

We can confirm that we hold this information. However, the information is exempt from disclosure under Sections 21 and 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This is because the information is accessible to you in our financial statements (which are available free of charge through the Companies House Beta service and on our website). Such of the relevant companies which have been party to a relevant transaction are set out therein. To the extent that those accounts represent the position in the year 2014-15 rather than the position to 01/04/2016, the latter is intended for publication at a future date in our forthcoming financial statements.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
