Financial Status of Ernulf Academy upon handover

We're waiting for J Boyle to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Astrea Academy Trust,

Further to my previous request regarding the financial status of Longsands Academy upon transfer to Astrea, I should be grateful if you would also provide the equivalent figures for Ernulf Academy. i.e.

- The financial surplus or deficit for the year ending 31 August 2018
- The cash reserves transferred to Astrea at the point the takeover was completed

Please also confirm the combined totals for St Neots Learning Partnership (Longsands + Ernulf) for each of the above figures.

days, therefore we aim to respond by 6 November 2019.
However, we may need a little longer to collate the figures.

I would like to raise a formal complaint about your delay in responding to my FOI request regarding the financial status of Ernulf Academy upon handover to Astrea The request was sent to you on 2 October 2019.

Astrea took over the running of St Neots’ two secondary schools in September 2018 following a due diligence process. St Neots Learning Partnership has published its final set of accounts to August 2018 and has applied to be struck of the Companies Register. The financial information requested should be readily available and should not take seven weeks to assemble. Even allowing for school holidays your response is now more than two weeks over the statutory limit of 20 working days. Any undue delay is a a breach of the Freedom of Information Act.
