Dear Requester
Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act)
The council has considered your request which was received on 31 May 2024 and
our response to your questions is shown below.
1. The total amount spent on international travel for staff members over the past
five fiscal years, including a breakdown of destinations and purposes.

2. Details of any consultancy fees paid in the past three years, including the
names of the consultancy firms and the nature of the consultancy work.
Please find the above requested information in the attached spreadsheet.
3. A list of any performance bonuses paid to senior management in the past five
years, including the criteria used to determine these bonuses.
0 – the council does not pay bonuses to staff.
