Thank you for your request for information that was received on 19
February 2021 requesting:
Regarding the planning application PA/08/01034 and Section 106 agreement
dated 20th July 2010, please can you provide a financial breakdown for the
following;
Dates of when contributions were spent
Dates of when contributions were allocated
The Party that paid the contributions
We are dealing with your request under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004 and we aim to send a response by 19 March 2021.
In some case, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we will
send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 may restrict the release
of some or all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an
assessment and if any exceptions apply to some or all of the information
