Please accept our apologies for the late response caused by staffing issues within this office resulting in a considerable backlog of requests, your patience is appreciated. 2) What system do you use for Planning and Budgeting? – Excel for planning and Oracle for budgeting
3) Which vendor/System Integrator (SI) implemented your current Finance System? – SopraSteria via Strategic Partnership
4) Who is your current Finance system support partner? – SopraSteria via Strategic Partnership
5) When is the contract for the current Finance System expiring? – Strategic Partnership is due to expire 2020 with an option to extend for 5 years
6) Are you planning to renew your current finance System or tender for a new system upon expiry? – Unknown at this time
7) If tender, when are you planning to publish for a tender? – N/A
8) Which framework do you use for procurement? – Depends on what we are procuring
9) Are you planning to join a Shared Service in the next 1-2 years? – Collaboration is being looked at across the organisation however Finance system tied into Strategic partnership
10) Are you planning to collaborate/join with another Police Force in the next 1-2 years?
