1. When was the current University's Financial System purchased?

2. What has been the overall implementation cost of the University's Finance system to date? Please provide the following breakdown:

a. Initial purchase
b.Consultancy
c. Hardware
d. University staff

3. When will the implementation be completed?

4. How many problems have been reported by users of the Finance System during the period 1st February 2008 till 1 October 2008?

5. How many of these problems have been resolved to users' satisfaction?

6. What has been the cost of resolving these problems?

7. What is the average time to resolve each problem?

8. Between 1st February 2008 and 29th October 2008 how many times has the Finance System been withdrawn?

9. Who is responsible for the Finance System?
