Dear University of Glasgow,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Glasgow's handling of my FOI request 'Finance Office expenses for UK travel'.

For Robert Fraser you have not provided the requested information. It is obvious that any travel must relate to University business, unless the University of Glasgow subsidises staff travel not related to the University’s business. I expect to see a similar response to the one you provided for Fiona Docherty in the following example:

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/17...

Your interpretation of the Freedom of Information Act in the case of Julie Lee’s situation is puzzling. I have not found any reference in the Act that supports your claim that Freedom of Information only applies to senior members of staff.

Please review this case.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

James McNeel
