Dear Government Internal Audit Agency,
Under FOI, I am requesting the following information:
a) A list of the titles of the 363 Files GIAA identified as being "potentially relevant or tangentially related" to the Infected Blood Inquiry on Page 5 of it's Final Internal Audit Report (File Retrieval Processes - Infected Blood) issued on 6th November 2018 to DHSC.
b) A list of the titles of the 3,022 Files GIAA identified as being "unrelated or unlikely to be
relevant" to the Infected Blood Inquiry on Page 5 of it's Final Internal Audit Report (File Retrieval Processes - Infected Blood) issued on 6th November 2018 to DHSC.
c) If possible, please also include the approximate date period of each file.

The Senior Managers who are dealing with the answer to your email below, are still to make a decision on whether a Section 33 exemption to the Freedom of Information Act applies to the information you requested. Information held by GIAA is exempt information if its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the exercise of any of the authority’s functions. This exemption is subject to a public interest test. For this reason it will be a further 10 working days until we are in a position to give you a full reply.
