Final due diligence undertaken by preferred bidder (Amey) for Streets Ahead contract

In the Council report 'Update on the Highway Maintenance PFI Project' dated 6th October, 2009 (available for download at the link below), it advises in paragraph 4.8 that following the selection of the preferred bidder (Amey), there would be a two month period whereby they would carry out final due diligence.

Any due diligence undertaken by Amey post Preferred Bidder is entirely at
their discretion and is not information that the Council holds.  There was
no guidance or template provided to Amey. Subsequently we hold no
information relevant for disclosure under your FOI request.
