Dear Kent County Council,

What fees were paid to KCC for use of Faversham locations for the film Suruli and what will this money be used for? How much, if any, will directly benefit the Faversham community?

Yours faithfully,

Richard Fleury

Dear Kent County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Kent County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Filming in Faversham'.

I have not received the information requested within the required timeframe or an explanation for the delay. KCC's response is long overdue and by law, under all circumstances, the authority should have responded by now.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

Richard Fleury

Kent County Council

Dear Mr Fleury

Thank you for your email.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your
request for information. I appreciate that KCC has failed to comply with
statutory timescales on this occasion.

It would seem that our case recording system had been programmed with an
incorrect email address for the Kent Film Office. Consequently, our
initial request to them, asking them if they hold information meeting the
scope of your request and if so, to provide it, did not reach the intended
destination, nor did any of our subsequent reminders.

The email address has now been corrected on our system and we have asked
the Film Office to deal with your request as a matter of urgency and we
hope to be in a position to reply to you very soon.

Thank you for your continued patience

Best regards
