Dear Cantrell, Sheila,

Thank you for your very prompt reply. In response to my question "When was recording/ broadcasting /podcasting last benchmarked and or debated by your council/ scrutiny / officers?
Could you please include copies/links to all relevant papers." you kindly included a link to a scrutiny meeting of 23rd July 2013. This would appear to consider allowing filming by the public, which is not a legal right .
To clarify my question has the Authority ever benchmarked or considered providing and broadcasting recordings of its meeting itself ?

Yours sincerely,

Geoff Pickering
