Dear Mr ,
I refer to your request for information received on 15:40:33 31 Oct 2017
concerning the above and enclose the information requested.
The majority of our meetings are held in evenings both to encourage public
participation but also to support those elected members who work full time
during the day. There is no specific policy regarding the holding of
meetings in the evening or daytime, with each body able to decide amongst
its respective membership what time of day it would like to meet.
We do not currently, nor have we ever, had a policy of recording our
meetings. Our meetings are therefore not recorded.
If you wish to appeal against the handling of your request then please
contact the Freedom of Information Officer at the City of Lincoln Council,
City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DB. Telephone 01522 873441 or

Dear [email address],
Thank you for your response. One point I am still unclear on is
"When was recording/ broadcasting /podcasting last benchmarked and or debated by your council/ scrutiny / officers?
Could you please include copies/links to all relevant papers"
Could you please conform if your reply means there has been no benchmarking of discussion regarding recording or broadcasting meeting
Thank you
Yours sincerely,
Geoff Pickering
