Dear Mr Jonathan,
Thank you for your request to the transparency team, where you requested data relating to verbal and physical assault against Network Rail staff from 2012 to the present day.
Although Network Rail is not covered by the Freedom of Information Act until April 2015, in line with our on-going commitment to transparency, we have dealt with your request as if we were.
I can confirm we hold this information. Please see the attached document which this information reported by period from 2012 to period 11 of 2014, the last reporting period we have collated information for.
