Southern Health Freedom of Information, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust

Dear Mr Brown

Thank you for your email.

We would advise that Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is not an Acute Trust and does not manage any Fertility services.

By way of assistance, we would suggest contacting Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's) who may be able to assist with guidelines for GP's.

The CCG's local to this Trust can be approached as follows via an FOI request:

West Hampshire CCG – [email address]
Southampton City CCG – [email address]
North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG – [email address]
South East Hampshire CCG- [email address]
Portsmouth CCG – [email address]
Fareham and Gosport CCG- [email address]

In addition, an Acute Trust - University Hospitals Southampton, may be able to provide you with details of any relevant policies regarding this matter as they provide Fertility services in this area.

They should be contacted as follows:

[email address]

We apologise that we are unable to assist you further in this matter but hope that the information we have provided is helpful.

We will consider your request as withdrawn in this instance.

Yours sincerely
