What guidelines are given to GPs to refer is so can you furnish a copy?
1 & 2: We would see same sex couples in the fertility clinic to give
advice. However we are dependent on their CCG as to whether funded
assisted conception is available or whether they would need to self-fund.
3: GP’s just have the standard referral form (requests patient and
partner info – not male and female) and information leaflet available to
them – attached.
Please note that this response has been provided within the 20 working day
timeframe as stipulated in the Act.
