Thank you for your enquiry received on 5 July 2017 in respect of your request for information 
under  the  Freedom  of  Information  Act  2000.  We  confirm  our  response  below  (for  ease  of

Could  you  provide  a  copy  of  your  budgeting  in  respect  of  both  the  transfer  of  inpatient 
services to a community based scheme and transfer of outpatient/physio services. 
 
Response:  
 
East  Leicestershire  and  Rutland  Clinical  Commissioning  Group  are  currently  at  the  early 
stage of considering options in relation to the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership. 
The  items  you  have  outlined  above  are  amongst  a  number  of  options  being  considered  as 
part of this partnership and at this early stage have not been sufficiently developed to enable 
a budgetary assessment to be undertaken. 
 
Should the Commissioning Group decide it wishes to develop these proposals further they will 
require the construction, approval and consultation of a full business case. This will include a 
full budgetary assessment which will be made available as part of that consultation.
