Fees charged for using your own camera at the Bedfordshire Archives Office

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear Bedford Borough Council,

The Bedfordshire Archives Offices makes the following charges to members of the public for using their own cameras to photograph documents:

- 80 pence per document retrieved from the stackroom (irrespective of number of images taken). Capped at a maximum of £20.80 per day.
- 35 pence per searchroom item e.g. books, research notes, microform

How much money was made under these specific charges over the last year, or failing that, the last 12 month period for which records are available?

Yours faithfully,

Fraser Clark
