Your request is not vexatious.

Dear Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman's handling of my FOI request 'Feedback about your service from 27 August 2021'.

You responded:

'Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is refusing this request as vexatious under section 14(1) Freedom of Information Act 2000. PHSO will not respond to any further vexatious requests on this or similar topics.'

You have provided nothing to justify your claim that my request is vexatious.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

J Roberts
