Fee waivers for spouse visa entry clearance
Dear Home Office,
Please consider the following as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
For the years 2014-2019 inclusive, please supply figures for:
- Fee waiver applications relating to an application for entry clearance as a partner (spouse, same-sex partner or civil partner) under Appendix FM
-- Of which granted and refused
and
- Fee waiver applications relating to an application for leave to remain as a partner (spouse, same-sex partner or civil partner) under Appendix FM
-- Of which granted and refused
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist those seeking information.
