A hard copy of the request was printed on 25 May 2018 and hand-delivered over the weekend. I'm unsure if email is being held, dumped or intercepted, since the Council lost control of its domain on 14/15 May 2018.
The minimum bid for the domain is currently at $90 (USD).

Dear Ammanford Town Council, Carmarthenshire,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ammanford Town Council, Carmarthenshire's handling of my FOI request 'February 2018 Minutes for town council meetings'.

I am disappointed that Ammanford Town Council has chosen not to comply with its legal obligations defined in the Freedom of Information Act 2000/Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

I had expected that you would have supplied the information that I requested some time ago - the law requires that you provide the information promptly and in any event no later than 20 days after the request.

A complaint file has been opened with the Information Commissioner's Office.

When do you expect that you will comply with the Act/Regulations and supply the information requested?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

D Morris

Town Clerk, Ammanford Town Council, Carmarthenshire

Good Afternoon Mr Morris,

Please find the minutes attached of all meetings held in February 2018.

Regards

Clare Hope

Interim Clerk

Dear Town Clerk,

Was pg4 intentionally blank?

Without asking to you pass comment on the quality of the shorthand/notes (is it Camera or CAMRA [I thought was real ale]) that Councillors have accepted previously; I would note that FOI legislation does require an organisation to explain acronyms and TLAs. Referring back to my notes I made on the plane when first reading your releases, I'd managed to work out MUGA, TO and a few others. MRA escapes me. Referencing planning applications exclusively by number - without any context - appears designed to confuse.

Yours sincerely,

D Morris

Dear Mr Morris,

Please find a copy of my response to the ICO regarding the blank page:

* During my investigations, I found the Minutes for these meetings.
* I have presented them to Mr Morris in the same manner, in which I
found them
* As I was not the person responsible for the creation of the Minutes, I
cannot provide any reason as to why page four is blank

Thank you

Clare Hope

ICO Decision Notice FS50755792 upheld this complaint (amongst others). Linked with further details (and PSOW fines/report) in blogpost https://tinyurl.com/plaidcredit

Still no help with decoding MRA and other terms, as required by FOIA.
