Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

This request is in relation to Private Law cases only.

Please provide the:
1. Number of front line FCA FTE Cafcass employed from 2013 to date
2. Split of permanent and agency staff for each year
3. Volume of cases each type of staff has managed
4. Recommendation to the court for each FCA employment type e.g. alternate weekends, no contact, shared care for all case types

Please provide the list of qualifications an FCA is required to have in order to be onboarded and if all staff met this criteria e.g. no FCA was onboarded without a relevant qualification

Please provide the onboarding process for FCA's for both permanent and agency staff.

Please provide the annual appraisal documentation for FCA's as part of their annual review.
