Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Please provide by return the amount of fatalities in uk within 28 days of having any covid19 vaccinations Matt Hancock on 29th March could not provide this data in the commons and advised the speaker he did not know if it existed as data but if it did exist he would reply by correspondence. We the People want the answer ASAP and also to include the deaths oer age oer name of civid19 vaccine Also why are members of the public not advised which vaccine they are getting?Who decides which age group gets which vaccine and what are the reasons behind not informing people of the Yellow cards reports prior to being vaccinated?
By law the UK government are obliged to provide the data re fatalites from covid1

Dear Anna Frances,

I am writing with regards to your request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, which was received on 30th March.

We have given consideration to your request and have concluded that we
require further clarification as to what you are requesting before we are
able to proceed.

In regards to your question:

Please can you clarify if you are seeking either

a) how many have died from serious adverse effects (deaths) following the
vaccine?

Or

b) all deaths following vaccination?

As you may appreciate, a public authority has 20 working days in which to
respond to a request for information. The effect of a public authority
seeking clarity from a requester about their request is to 'stop the
clock' on that 20 working day deadline. It will not be started again until
we are supplied with the further information which we require. In the
event that we do not hear from you we will assume that you do not wish to
proceed with your request.
